Focus on Structural Mass & Thermal Stability

In production machining, the lifecycle value of a CNC machine tool depends on how well it holds tolerance after years of continuous multi-shift operation. Every VMC, TCK, and CK model is built around heavy cast-iron ribbing, thermal balance, and straightforward maintenance.

From resin-sand HT300 castings and hand-scraped mounting surfaces to cleanroom spindle assembly, our production process focuses on damping cutting vibration, extending insert life, and maintaining consistent part geometry.

Manufacturing & Quality Control Process

HT300 Casting & Stress Relief

Cast iron beds and columns undergo furnace annealing and aging to eliminate residual casting stress before machining.

Guideway Grinding & Hand Scraping

Datum surfaces are ground on portal grinders followed by manual scraping on spindle head and ball screw mounting joints.

Spindle & Ball Screw Assembly

Spindle cartridges and C3 ball screws are preloaded, thermally run-in, and dynamically balanced to G0.4.

ISO 230-2 Laser Calibration & Cutting Test

Every machine completes laser interferometer pitch compensation, ballbar circularity testing, and a 48-hour test run.

Each machine ships with a serialized inspection report verifying the following tolerances:

Export Packaging & Technical Support

All machines are protected with VCI anti-corrosion film, vacuum moisture barriers, and steel-base export crates for ocean or rail freight. We supply documentation in English, Russian, Spanish, and Portuguese, remote commissioning support, and air-freight spare parts.
