The WMT TCK56 is our heavy-duty 45° slant-bed CNC turning center engineered for high-torque metal removal on forged alloy steel shafts, gears, and oilfield couplings. Built on a 4,800 kg monolithic HT300 cast-iron bed with 45 mm heavy-load roller linear guideways, the TCK56 offers a Ø560 mm swing over bed, Ø420 mm maximum turning diameter, and 650 mm turning length (optional 1,000 mm). Its heavy-duty A2-8 spindle features a 10-inch hollow hydraulic chuck, a Ø75 mm through-bar capacity (Ø86 mm spindle bore), and a 15/18.5 kW servo spindle drive—maintaining ±0.003 mm repeatability even during interrupted hard turning.
