The WMT CK6140 is a precision horizontal flat-bed CNC lathe designed for high-ROI batch turning of shafts, pins, pulleys, and threaded fittings. Featuring a Ø400 mm swing over bed, Ø210 mm swing over cross slide, and 750 mm or 1,000 mm distance between centers, its one-piece HT300 cast-iron bed utilizes 340 mm wide box guideways that are ultrasonic induction-hardened to HRC 52+ and precision-ground. Paired with PTFE Turcite-B anti-friction saddle lamination, a Ø52 mm spindle bore, and a 7.5 kW stepless servo/inverter drive, the CK6140 delivers superior vibration damping and rapid payback for job shops and OEM component manufacturers.
