The WMT TCK50 is a high-rigidity 45° slant-bed CNC turning center engineered for continuous production of automotive shafts, hydraulic fittings, and precision flanges. Cast as a single-piece HT300 Meehanite slant bed, its 45-degree geometry channels cutting forces directly into the machine foundation while ensuring rapid gravity-fed chip evacuation without thermal accumulation. Featuring a Ø500 mm swing over bed, Ø360 mm maximum turning diameter, 500 mm turning length, an 8-inch hollow hydraulic chuck (Ø52 mm bar capacity), and a 4,000 RPM A2-6 spindle driven by an 11/15 kW motor, the TCK50 achieves ±0.003 mm repeatability and 0.4-second adjacent turret indexing.
