Built with a Ø600 mm swing, Ø105 mm big-bore spindle, and up to 3,000 mm center distance for large shafts, oilfield pipes, and heavy drums.
The WMT CK6160 is a large-swing heavy-duty horizontal flat-bed CNC lathe designed for high-torque turning of large-diameter shafts, oilfield casing couplings, metallurgical rollers, and heavy flanges. Featuring a Ø600 mm swing over bed, Ø390 mm swing over cross slide, and center distances ranging from 1,500 mm to 3,000 mm, the CK6160 rests on an ultra-wide 400 mm HT300 Meehanite box-way bed hardened to HRC 52+. Equipped with a standard Ø105 mm big-bore spindle, a Ø315 mm (12.5-inch) heavy-duty chuck, and an 11/15 kW high-torque geared headstock, it provides exceptional rigidity for heavy roughing cuts.
